Biography

Kayur is part of the GenAI team at PwC and is passionate about helping people and organisations do things better. He has been driving workforce, finance, and technology transformation engagements for his clients for a number of years, and has a special interest in cultivating the best possible people experience. Being part of PwC's Emerging Technology team means that he get to leads the implementation of cutting edge technologies in business, including GenAI, blockchain, RPA and cloud platforms. His previous roles at PwC have involved helping PwC offices in more than 25 countries transform the way they work, the technology they use, and the way they serve their clients. He is also a lecturer at the University of Auckland, having taught information systems for more than 10 years, whilst also being a faculty adviser for Beta Alpha Psi, an honorary organisation for accounting, finance and information systems students.

Biography

In her current role, as General Manager, Brand for CA ANZ, she has responsibility for developing a strategy to change the perceptions of the accounting profession for new generations – driving the attractiveness of the profession. Rachael is a creative and passionate strategic marketing leader with experience in leading successful campaigns and high performing teams. She has worked in marketing leadership roles across industries including finance, sports, technology and hospitality for over 20 years, and is passionate about the role that marketers play in driving growth by being the voice of the customers in organisations. She is a purpose and values driven leader who believes diversity within teams creates the greatest outcomes. She encourages others to think differently and believes a supportive and unified team leads to great results – for our customers, the businesses we work for and ourselves.
