Biography

Sam is the General Manager responsible for the delivery of the CA Program at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Sam is passionate about accounting education having worked in the field for the past 25 years after qualifying with EY in the UK. With her expertise, passion, and dedication, Sam is continuously working towards shaping the future of accounting education. Sam led the development and implementation of the new CA Program which was launched in 2021. The new program builds transferrable skills while maintaining technical excellence, is digitally focussed and provides greater relevance and choice to ensure CAs are equipped with the capabilities required for the future. Sam is Co-Chair of the Global Accounting Alliance Education Directors workgroup facilitating information sharing and collaboration to lead the advancement of the accounting profession on a global level.

Biography

Chelsea leads Chartered Accountants Trans-Tasman Marketing and Communications team and is responsible for strengthening the brand positioning of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) and the marketing of Chartered Accountants as Difference Makers. Prior to joining CA ANZ, Chelsea was an Executive at Fairfax Media promoting brands such as The Sydney Morning Herald, The Age, The Australian Financial Review, Trade me & Stuff.co.nz, she also worked on some of the largest events in Australia including City to Surf, Good Food Month, Night Noodle Markets and the AFR Top 100 Restaurants. Chelsea is a member of the Australian Marketing Institute (AMI) and has spent more than 25 years marketing brands, solving complex business problems and building future ready, high-performance teams. She has extensive expertise in driving strategy, digital transformation and has a strong commercial capability.
