Biography
Julie-Anne is part of the Asset Management Framework team at V/Line. In her role she manages the annual maturity assessment program, development and implementation of the Strategic Asset Management Plan, Asset Information Strategy, Strategy and Planning Framework, and Decision-Making Framework.
She holds a bachelors degree and PhD in Materials Engineering, a certificate in Asset Management from the Institute of Asset Management (IAM), is a Certified Asset Management Assessor (CAMA) and holds auditor qualifications.
Before joining V/Line, and after completing her doctoral studies, Julie-Anne accumulated nine years of experience in an engineering consultancy. In this capacity she has contributed to the development of asset management strategies, asset management plans, maintenance strategies and frameworks, and levels of services. Her asset management experience is supported by experience in condition inspection, materials testing, and rehabilitation design for major infrastructure assets such as wharves, tunnels, bridges, buildings, wastewater treatment plants, and tanks.
