Moscow Mok brings over 20 years of experience in financial services, aircraft maintenance, building construction, and transport within both the private and public sectors. Since joining Sydney Trains in 2006, he has held senior management roles for more than a decade, primarily in Asset Management and Track Possession Management. Currently, he is the Associate Director of the Asset Scheduling & Delivery Coordination business unit. In his time at Sydney Trains, Moscow has been instrumental in the development of the Sydney Trains Master Program, which aligns with Transport for NSW's (TfNSW) strategic goals for Capital Works and Annual Maintenance Programs. He has led critical collaborative efforts with various transport entities, including TfNSW, Sydney Metro, and local Councils, focusing on Possession Planning and Management Governance and Processes. His leadership contributed to the creation of the Primavera (P6) and Possession Access Coordination Tool (PACT) systems, now essential tools used by stakeholders for resource access and planning within the Sydney Trains Rail Network. Additionally, Moscow's team played a key role in developing integrated digital systems, such as the electronic Delivery Resource Assessment (eDRA), electronic Network Access Form (eNAF), and Resource and Isolation Management System (RIMS). Under his guidance, his team also developed several mobile iOS applications integrating Asset Management GIS data and Augmented Reality (AR) technology, enhancing possession planning and project management. Moscow holds a degree in Civil Engineering, a Masters in Engineering Science (Civil & Environmental), and an Executive Masters in Public Administration, underscoring his broad expertise in the field.
