The study group was initiated for the purpose of the research project through the Asset Management Council (AMC). The authors of the report include 10 of the 12 contributing study group members, who were all volunteers from the AMC's membership base. The authors and study group member are from a range of industries in Asset Management with a range of professional qualifications, experience and backgrounds. The research was undertaken over a year with weekly meetings throughout. The group is passionate about both asset management and inclusion & diversity. It is a dedicated group of individuals who strongly believe there are opportunities through research to encourage and empower industry to achieve better asset management outcomes by integrating inclusion & diversity.
