Irina Tyan is the Electrical Network Access Coordinator at Sydney Trains, organising, planning and prioritising electrical resourcing for network shutdowns and outages. She has held engineering roles within the aviation industry and across Sydney Trains Asset Management, and has also been involved with the design and development of augmented reality applications to improve track worker safety. In addition, Irina has worked extensively as an advocate for women in engineering and collaborated with external organisations on engineering outreach.
