Biography

Tim McCullough is the Property and Facilities Manager at SA Power Networks and manages a commercial property portfolio of 43 facilities across metropolitan and regional South Australia. The portfolio encompasses asset management and maintenance and construction of new commercial office buildings, operational works depots, and industrial manufacturing sites. Tim has been working in Electricity Distribution, Transmission and Renewable Energy sector for over 17 years and specifically in the Property Asset Management and Facilities Maintenance space for the last 6 years.

Biography

Onuma is a Director in KPMG’s Engineering and Asset Management practice. She is a highly skilled infrastructure and asset management professional, specialising in advising Executive and operational teams. With diverse experience across the asset lifecycle, she leads multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions, empowering clients to make informed decisions and achieve business outcomes. Onuma has experience working closely with public and private clients to deliver asset management and major capital programs. This has included building relationships and providing leadership, governance, and technical support to ensure the organisation has the data and systems required to take a strategic approach to asset planning and delivery. Sparshy is a Manager at KPMG and specializes in working on projects at the intersection of asset management, digital technologies and information management. Over the years, she has worked in different industries like oil and gas, utilities, government and health across India, Scotland and Australia helping companies build strategies and create efficiencies within their business. With about 13 years of experience, she not only works with clients on engagements that creates alignment with ISO55000, creating the foundational pillars for an effective asset management framework but also on embedding technology-driven improvements to create efficiencies through digitisation. She is Chapter Chair of the Brisbane Chapter of the Asset Management Council.
