Kelvin has approximately 20 years of experience in organisational transformation, strategic asset management and program delivery in Australia, the United Kingdom, the Middle East and Africa. He has held senior leadership roles within central and local government as well as the private sector. More recently, Kelvin has been responsible for successfully leading a transformation team which has developed and implemented the Asset Management System at Serco’s Fiona Stanley Hospital contract.
