Morgan Spruce is an Engineer within Lake Macquarie City Council’s Asset Management Department and is responsible for technical advice and asset management for Council’s portfolio of infrastructure assets. Morgan has 15 years of local government engineering experience in environmental and civil design, construction, project delivery, asset management, and an interest in building the capability of the organisation to provide robust asset planning and deliver sustainable services to the community. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Engineering Studies.
