Mitchell Garcia commenced work with Lucid Consulting Australia in 2016 after graduating as a Mechanical Engineer with honours from Flinders University. Mitchell's knowledge of Australian Standards and the National Construction Code (NCC) is utilised for the review and rectification of existing systems as well as the designing and engineering of new systems specifically designed for their appropriate application. Mitchell’s experience includes developing Asset management Plans, complex engineering designs, project management, compliance verification programmes and undertaking bushfire assessments. Mitchell is an industry leading expert in the Bushfire Engineering field particularly in relation to infrastructure assets and critical state assets.
