Sean has been a Certified Asset Management Assessor since 2018, a Certified Practitioner in Asset Management and qualified trainer and assessor, delivering specialised post graduate asset management courses. His career has crossed industry sectors such as defence, aerospace, manufacturing, local and state government agencies, water, transport and health. Sean has lead and developed asset management frameworks through to certification and supported organisations for discreet projects within their broader journey. His pragmatic approach to asset management include each layer within an organisation to ensure the activities are coordinated and adaptable.

Ben has spent over 20 years valuing and assessing balance sheet assets from a broad range of industries with a keen understanding of market-based outcomes . His extensive business career supports an insightful understanding of the risks association with Assets, Businesses, and Industries: which he utilises to inform clients in their critical decision making. Education is a core value of Ben’s, and this is reflected in his academic achievements and approach to the production of accurate, informative, and insightful reports for clients. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers, Member of the Australian Property Institute, Member of the Asset Management Council and has completed a Master of Business Administrations (Executive), Master of Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering (Mech) and Grad Dip of Finance & Investment at key stages in his career. Ben's career commenced in manufacturing , then progressed to eCommerce, Trading, Financing and Consulting with valuation a core discipline. His journey included an SME to ASX listed success story. Through these experiences he has acquired skills in Projects, Valuations, Marketing, Risk, and Management.
