He has more than 30 years of leadership experience in strategic asset management both in the public and private sectors. Vijay is proficient at providing high quality service, advice and support in the delivery of whole of asset lifecycle projects and improvements associated infrastructure matters from concept to completion, within a unique and complex portfolio of public buildings across. He has a proven track record in implementing Asset Management Systems, Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), promoting proactive maintenance and leading reliability engineering. Vijay’s expertise includes ensuring compliance with the AMAF annual maturity assessments, Essential Safety Measures (ESM) and Quality Management systems (QMS) and Occupational health and Safety (OHS), supporting sustainability initiatives and Service Level Agreement (SLA) in contracts.
