Robert is an Associate Director in KPMG’s Infrastructure, Assets & Places Division. Originally from Ireland, Robert has spent his career between Ireland and Australia working predominantly within water, health and government sectors within the asset management domain. With a background in civil and petroleum engineering, Robert has spent 8 years working across management and technology consulting roles with a particular focus in infrastructure asset management & operational optimisation. With a passion for using technology to empower people, he helps asset intensive organisations to deliver challenging and complex business transformation projects across the full end-to-end spectrum of the project delivery lifecycle, from asset strategy through to decommissioning planning helping to realise the full benefits that good asset management enables.
