Sandy is the founder and Managing Director of Assetivity, one of Australia’s most respected Maintenance, Reliability and Asset Management consultancies. He has over 40 years’ experience in helping organisations improve the productivity of their people and their equipment through more effective Maintenance and Asset Management. He has extensive experience within a wide range of industry sectors. His experience has been gained in Australia, South East Asia, North and South America, Africa and Europe in senior line management positions as well as in senior consulting roles with many of the world’s largest blue-chip. Sandy holds an Honours Degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA and, in the past has been an Adjunct lecturer in Asset Management at the University of Western Australia, a member of the SMRP Best Practices committee, and a Commissioner of the Asset Management Council in Australia. Prior to founding Assetivity, Sandy worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers, AMEC, Jason Industries, Fedex and Alcoa in a variety of line management and advisory roles.
