Daniel has extensive experience in the rail, road, and water sectors. With a proven track record of delivering results, Daniel has excelled in managing construction and asset management projects. He was the Project Lead for a major Asset Assessment and Data Analytics Project in Victoria, demonstrating his expertise and commitment to the industry. He has undertaken pivotal asset roles with the Level Crossing Removal Project, Sydney Light Rail, V/Line; North East Link Program (Vic); Major Roads Projects Victoria; Melbourne Metro Trains; Main Roads (WA); and the Department of Transport and Planning (Vic). His extensive asset capability includes data analytics, construction and operational interfaces, problem-solving, and articulating solutions concisely. His advanced project management ability has been showcased vastly and diversely, exemplifying his capacity to contribute effectively to rail projects of varying scopes and complexities. With his comprehensive rail experience and adept skills in constructability analysis, project management, and effective communication, Daniel Harrison is an invaluable asset to any rail project team.

Her keen understanding of data management principles has enabled her to harness the power of data for asset management decision-making, empowering organisations to uplift understanding about assets. As a thought leader in digital engineering, she is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies to transform traditional asset information management practices. She is currently leading an asset data collection initiative piloting the potential use of artificial intelligence technology to fill asset information gaps. Her forward-thinking approach has helped organisations embrace digitalisation initiatives, enhancing their capabilities in solving complex problems.
