With over 15 years local government experience and as an improvement focused project lead and asset management professional, Erin currently leads Ipswich City Council’s Effective Asset Management project. Erin’s areas of focus include infrastructure asset management, governance and change management. She is recognised within Ipswich City Council for service excellence in collaborative practices.

A registered Psychologist with a PhD in Organisational Psychology, Dr Meg Hooper has more than 20 years’ of experience consulting across private and government sectors in both internal and external consulting psychologist roles. Her areas of expertise are organisational change management at project, team and organisational levels, and building individual and team resilience and powerful cultures. Her particular focus is on building cultures of collaboration.
