Biography
Martin Boettcher works as Lead Asset Engineer for Ventia Engineering. He has a passion for developing asset management solutions that are practical and efficient to implement. His specialises in criticality analysis, maintenance strategies & optimisation and the management of equipment condition. He also does a lot of work in equipment reliability and major failure analysis. He has over 30 years of experience in power stations, water infrastructure, mining and defence in a variety of system engineering, management, and consulting roles.

Biography
Jenny Ratsep has worked in the Energy industry for 15 years, working as a mechanical engineer in power stations across the country. She has more recently been working in central Engineering building Asset Management, Risk Management and Process Safety systems.
