A collaborative and empowering leader, with advanced legal, stakeholder engagement and governance skills, and a proven track record of leading organisations to meet or exceed their annual performance and budget goals. With a well-rounded post graduate education, and substantial Board, Committee and Advisory Council Experience.

Biography
Janice Wilson is a water and wastewater engineer and project manager with 18 years of experience in the infrastructure delivery, asset management and utilities sectors. She has held senior roles in regional and state water utilities along with board positions with the Mount Isa Water Board, Whitsunday River Improvement Trust and Wide Bay Water. Janice is the Managing Director of Double Black Diamond Solutions, an independent consulting firm offering trusted advice for complex projects requiring significant change transformation and stakeholder engagement, both regionally and nationwide, across the government, utilities and mining sectors. She acts as the Regional Liaison for the Australian Water Association Queensland Committee and is Vice Chair of the Regional, Rural and Remote Specialist Network.
