David is a Civil Engineer with over 50 years’ experience in both the private and public sectors. David has extensive experience throughout Australia and internationally in the areas of transport (ports, rail, roads & aerodromes) and social infrastructure, and in infrastructure planning, policy, asset management, business cases, design, procurement and delivery. His recent experience has been in social infrastructure as the Client (Court Services Victoria) Project Director on the design and construction of the $152m Bendigo Law Courts Development project. He was also Superintendent for the Design and Construction contract with Kane Nicholson Joint Venture during the project. His focus was on ensuring the project was well planned to achieve Client goals of a high quality, on time and on budget project. David is currently Executive Advisor Design and Construction for Court Services Victoria for the new $271m Wyndham Law Courts, Werribee. David is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Engineers, Australia
