Scott is a senior practitioner asset management with over 20 years’ industry experience. Specialising in asset strategy, business transformation and developing key strategic enterprise documentation and processes that both align to ISO 55001 and desired business outcomes. Scott commenced his asset management journey working client side in the Maritime sector, specifically 13 years within the ports and logistics. During this period he developed extensive capability and experience in Operational Asset management and Operational readiness. As managing director of Shield Assets, Scott has leveraged his experience to support a diverse range of industry and organisations all seeking to drive value through improving their structure, governance and empower their people. Scott has had experience in leading development of Asset Management Frameworks, Asset Policies and Strategic Asset Management Plans enable Shield Assets clientele to gain a better control of their portfolio’s focusing on costs, risk and performance. Scott is an active Member of the Asset Management Council (AUS) and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelor of Construction Management (BCM) and other management tertiary qualifications.
