Stephen is a Chartered Engineer and Economist experienced in the asset management of public infrastructure, particularly water infrastructure. Stephen’s early career was spent in operations and design before studying economics took him into the field of asset management and the regulation of water and power utilities. Stephen particularly works to bring together the financial and technical in decision making. Stephen is currently Stantec’s Market Leader for Asset Strategies in Australia. Stephen is a Certified Asset Management Assessor for ISO55001 and holds a Diploma in Asset Management (IAM) (with Distinction).
