Biography

Rachel Au-Yeung is the Program Engineer Construction at Sydney Trains, coordinating the allocation of resources to support the on time delivery of construction schedules for all Third Party, Capital and Maintenance delivery programs across Sydney Trains to ensure the most efficient and effective use of the resources available. She is a Chartered Professional Engineer with extensive experiences in engineering design, supervision of construction works and project management. Rachel has a background in Civil Engineering and Project Management, and extensive experience in rail including with MTR in Hong Kong. Rachel exemplifies effectively coordinating stakeholders, managing complex projects, consistently meeting safety standards and maintaining budget and timeline controls. Her practical approach in project execution and stakeholder management reflects her solid contribution to asset management and the rail industry.
