In addition to being a certified Black Belt Six Sigma practitioner, Jim holds a Bachelor of Economics and Master of Business Administration. Jim spent 16 years in senior leadership positions at one of Australia’s big four banks, which included roles focused on operational efficiency and process design. Jim is now the Director of Relationships at I&E Systems where he is focused on software tools for digital engineering and asset management
