Dr. Rina Peach, Pr.Eng. is a Senior Lecturer in Asset and Maintenance Management at the Graduate School of Technology Management, University of Pretoria, South Africa. She has an undergraduate degree in Electronic Engineering, an Honour’s degree in Technology Management, a Master’s degree in Engineering Management specialising in Maintenance and Asset Management and a Doctoral degree in Engineering Management. Dr Peach has 16 years of industry experience. Dr Peach holds a Senior Membership status with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Her research interest is the effect that maintenance human factors have on maintenance quality as well as the implementation of Maintenance 4.0 within organisations. She has been a study leader for MEng (Masters) Engineering Management students at the University of Pretoria since 2017, presents Honours and Master classes and has presented short courses for Enterprises University of Pretoria.
