Lucien Laverdure - Lucien is a Partner within the Tangible Asset Valuation and Advisory Services at PwC and has been involved in conducting fixed asset system analyses, condition inspections, and valuations across a range of industries and asset types including infrastructure, energy, utilities, processing facilities, manufacturing, health, education, and transport. Lucien has training in Asset Management from Engineers Australia focusing on ‘whole of life’ asset management based on the ISO 55000 Asset Management framework and suite of standards. Prior to joining PwC, Lucien worked for an engineering consultancy and has a strong interest in providing decision-makers with the knowledge and support to make informed financial and strategic decisions. He has experience through the entire asset lifecycle from feasibility through design, construction, and operations. Nick Oude-Vrielink - Nick is a Director within the Tangible Asset Valuations and Advisory Services at PwC, and specialises in providing valuations of tangible assets and asset management advice. He has performed services on a domestic and international basis for a range of purposes including asset lifecycle management, capex modelling and optimisation, asset register reconciliation, reconstruction and componentisation, and valuations for transactions, negotiations, taxation and financial reporting
