With a passion for machine learning and data analytics, Glen is working to embed an improved Asset Management approach within each Downer contract. His asset management career has spanned both the public and private sector, in Queensland, Western Australia, Victoria and New South Wales. Glen completed his PhD in Heuristic Based Optimisation of Pavement Management and has degrees in civil engineering and information technology. He is motivated by the interaction of these two disciplines and with his focus on road asset management, he has co-authored a number of research papers for international conferences.
