Michael has over 30 years of experience in asset management, strategic reform, operational management, and highly successful enterprise-wide program delivery for range of leading blue-chip companies, top tier consulting organisations and the public sector. Michael’s experience includes the successful delivery of multiple projects of over $250 million, leadership of geographically disparate teams of over 250 and strategic and operational management of asset bases worth over $25 billion. Notably, Michael was the Project Director on the largest aircraft repair ever undertaken. His extensive professional experience is complemented by his voluntary work, where, as the Asset Management Body of Knowledge Commissioner for the AM Council of Australia, he led voluntary teams in the development of asset management tools used globally and was a member of the Board of the AM Council.
