As the Executive Director Built Environment at Court Services Victoria (CSV), Nicole is responsible for delivering strategic and operational management of the built environment across the Victorian courts and tribunals. Nicole has successfully overseen the delivery of multiple major projects, lifecycle asset management and security projects, ensuring compliance, quality, and value for money. Nicole has also developed and implemented asset planning frameworks and policies, as well as stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
