Biography

Frank Bevacqua Frank brings a wealth of experience in quality management systems, change management, and technology. Throughout the majority of his professional journey, he has actively participated in significant change programs within large multinational corporations, overseeing the implementation of change and quality management systems both domestically and internationally. Frank has dedicated substantial periods working across Europe, North America, and Asia. Over the past decade and beyond, Frank has shifted his focus to collaborate with government departments and agencies in Victoria. His primary role involves aiding them in the implementation of ISO 55000 and ensuring compliance with the specifications outlined in the Victorian Government Asset Management Accountability Framework (AMAF). Rachel Scott With a BEng(Mtrx), BCom(CorpFin), MEng(Rel), MEngSc, GradCert(AM) and a Churchill Fellowship(RAM), Rachel has demonstrated a relentless pursuit of knowledge. Commencing her career in the RAN, Rachel now provides specialist support across a range of industries, including Health, Utilities, Transport and Infrastructure. As the Chair of Standards Australia QR-005(Dependability) Committee and Australian Head of Delegation of the IEC TC56(Dependability) Committee, Rachel has played a pivotal role in managing the development and maintenance of an impressive portfolio of 69 international and 45 Australian standards. Rachel is the Convenor of IEC 60300-3-10 Maintainability and Maintenance, where she leads efforts to define and enhance maintainability and maintenance standards on an international scale. Peter Kohler, CFAM Peter Kohler is an internationally recognised Australian asset management thought leader and practitioner. Peter has a keen appreciation for the strategic function that asset management provides organisations. This is supported by a very strong understanding of both the technical and financial standards and toolsets used to deliver effective asset management. Peter’s career has spanned roles in the RAN, the establishment of an asset management consultancy and training provider, and a long term and active relationship with the AM Council.
