Your First Name, Last Name and Organisation will be shared on the conference app. You will receive your login details to the app closer to the event to adjust your profile and set your sharing preferences.

THIS FORM IS FOR REGISTRATION TO SPECIAL INTEREST GROUP EVENTS ONLY, IT CANNOT BE USED FOR CONFERENCE REGISTRATION.

 

For your records please retain a copy of your completed registration form. Each delegate must complete a separate form.

The venue will make provisions for medical, religious and ethical dietary requirements (Allergies / Vegetarian / Vegan / Lactose intolerance / Gluten intolerance / FODMAP / Diabetic / Religious) Unfortunately, lifestyle requests (eg. low carb, keto) will not be catered for separately, guests may choose items suitable from the buffet selections provided.

egistration and accommodation cancellations must be in writing to the conference organiser info@theconferencemanager.com.au. Conference Registration cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the conference receive a full refund of the registration cost less $50.00 handling fee. Conference registration cancellations received between 29 and 14 days prior to the conference will receive a 50% refund of the registration cost. No refund will be given for cancellations received within 14 days of the conference (full payment will be required). Accommodation cancellations will be subject to a minimum fee of one nights accommodation. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will require full payment of the accommodation costs. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation. Once you have agreed to the conditions below, please click next, it may take a few moments to process.
