Please note that all prices are exclusive of GST. All delegates will receive a full tax invoice and confirmation directly from Leading Edge.

 

All information collected will be used to administer the 2023 conference.

Your details will be shared with the conference venue for the purpose of confirming your attendance at the conference and booking accommodation (where required).

BOOKING CANCELLATIONS

All changes / Cancellations must be made in writing to info@theconferencemanager.com.au. Any adjustments after 5th March 2023 being less than 60 days prior to the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Any adjustments after 9th April 2023 being less than 30 days prior to the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee.  Note: Leading Edge Retail will try and minimise cancellation costs to our members where possible, we do have limited adjustments that can made at different times within our contractual arrangements leading into the conference date.

Special Dietary Requirements

Please provide details of any special dietary requirements you have that the organisers should be aware of. 

The venue will make provisions for medical, religious and ethical dietary requirements (Allergies / Vegetarian / Vegan / Lactose intolerance / Gluten intolerance / FODMAP / Diabetic / Religious)

Unfortunately, lifestyle requests (eg. low carb, keto) will not be catered for separately, guests may choose items suitable from the buffet selections provided.

Yoga & Mindfulness Session

Leading Edge are pleased to offer attendees a complimentary Yoga and Mindfulness Session on Sunday 7 May, from 7.00am to 8.00am. Weather permitting, it will be held outdoors close to the hotel. The session will incorporate gentle stretching, some breathing and relaxing techniques to finish. Please indicate below if you are interested in attending.

SECTION C: ACCOMMODATION

 

To ensure your accommodation is booked correctly, please take care reading and confirming the details below. No responsibility will be taken if you book incorrect dates or room options.

 

Your delegate package includes two nights accommodation in a MERCURE room with breakfast for one person, at the Pullman Mercure Albert Park. Included nights are Saturday 6 May and Sunday 7 May (check out Monday 8 May), these can not be changed.
